Trust Management Program

Kia ora!

Trust compliance and trustee obligations have changed significantly in recent years with the introduction of the Trusts Act 2019.

It is increasingly important for trustees to actively manage trusts and trustee meetings are a vital part of this.  If a trust is not administered correctly, it could cause considerable implications for trustees.

Parry Field offers a comprehensive trust management service, tailored to your needs.  We understand the complexities and importance of trust administration and management to maintain the effectiveness of your family trust and to ensure the trust remains robust and compliant.

We offer practical solutions tailored to your circumstances, including updating trust deeds, changing trustees or beneficiaries, gifting and managing resettlements and wind ups.  We also offer a review of your personal documents, such as Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney.

We are here to offer guidance in trust planning and work closely with other professionals to ensure your trust structure remains appropriate and aligned with your goals.

If you would like Parry Field to provide these services on an annual basis or if you would like a one off review of your trust and personal documents, please contact us.
