Paul Owens

Paul is one of the leaders in our property and commercial team and assists clients on a variety of property and commercial transactions including subdivisions, business acquisitions and sales, commercial/rural property acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing, rural and trust related matters and succession planning.  He is also heavily involved with managing and supervising a large portion of the firm’s residential conveyancing.

Paul joined Parry Field Lawyers in January 2009 following three years practicing in another Christchurch law firm and a year living and working in the United Kingdom with his wife Elissa. Paul’s focus is ensuring clients receive a quality service based around providing accurate and thorough legal advice in a timely manner. He likes to make sure clients are fully informed each step of the way. Paul’s friendly and relaxed demeanor make him enjoyable to deal with and readily available to discuss any matters.

In his spare time Paul enjoys spending time with his young family and has a passion for the outdoors – particularly hunting, any type of fishing and the occasional round of golf.
