The Role

We are seeking an experienced administrator to support our Hokitika office. You’ll be diligent, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You’ll also be comfortable assisting with overflow work from our support team when needed. Your strong interpersonal skills will help you build professional rapport with both staff and visitors, while maintaining a calm, professional approach under pressure.

This role will ideally suit someone who has:

• 4+ years’ experience working as an Administrator;
• Sound knowledge of MS Word and Outlook;
• An aptitude for updating their software skills;
• Be pro-active;
• Maintain high professional standards and accuracy
