Isaac has a diverse and well-rounded legal background, with experience across commercial, family, litigation, and employment law, although he presently works mainly in employment law—a practice area he is particularly passionate about. He advises both employees and employers on a wide range of employment matters, including:

Drafting, reviewing, and updating Employment Agreements, including Independent Contractor Agreements.
Assisting with Holiday and Leave entitlements.
Guiding clients through Personal Grievances.
Advising on Restructuring and Redundancy processes.
Developing Performance Management Plans.
Representing clients in disciplinary meetings.
Representing clients in mediations and court appearances.

Outside of work, Isaac enjoys staying active at the gym, exploring bouldering, spending time with his partner, and indulging his passion for music.
