Maree joined Parry Field as a Law Clerk in 2020. Her practice areas are Commercial Lease and Business Sale and Purchases (including Franchises), Commercial and Residential Property and Trust matters. Growing up in New Zealand within a Chinese immigrant family, Maree’s bicultural background allows her to adapt to various situations, understand cultural diversity and come up with workable solutions. Maree is fluent in Chinese and English. She is also a member of NZ Asian Lawyers.

Maree was admitted to the bar in 2023 after graduating from the University of Canterbury in 2022 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese and English.

Outside of work, Maree enjoys pilates and supporting local businesses she had assisted with.
