Ella joined Parry Field Lawyers in 2025 as a Solicitor in our Property and Commercial team.

She provides advice to clients on a range of commercial matters, including commercial leasing arrangements, company financing arrangements, and business sales and purchases. Ella also assists clients in relation to property matters, including the sale or purchase of residential property, subdivisions, refinancing, wills, and enduring powers of attorney.

Some recent work of Ella’s includes:

Assisting a charitable trust with their community housing projects, particularly with the due diligence aspect;
Completing a subdivision and subsequent sale(s) for a local developer;
Advising clients on whether retaining a Family Trust structure was still necessary for their purposes, and assisting with a subsequent wind-up of the Trust;
Helping a client acquire their dream painting business; and
Assisting a commercial client with their complex financing arrangement, to allow them to expand their business.

Outside of work, Ella has a love of cooking/baking for friends and family, and always keeps up with the Formula 1.
