Joseph has recently been appointed as Manager of our Hokitika Office, where he assists clients in a wide range of legal matters, including commercial property and conveyancing transactions, estates, civil litigation, family law and dispute resolution.
Joseph joined Parry Field Lawyers in 2009 having graduated from Otago University with a double degree in Law and Classical History. He has particular experience in resolving disputes in the areas of estate claims, leases, property (including relationship property), breach of contract, care of children, and construction – he has appeared successfully for clients in the High Court, District Court and Family Courts. Joseph focuses on bringing clients timely, accurate advice with a view to resolving issues in an economical and efficient manner.
Outside of the law Joseph enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, as well as spearfishing, surfing and reading.
Joseph looks forward to engaging with former clients of the Murdoch, James and Roper practice and with the wider West Coast community.
