Christchurch residents will all be affected in one way or another by the Christchurch Earthquakes. As a firm, our thoughts and prayers are with those who have lost loved ones.
Our aim on this page is to collect together interesting and relavent information that will make dealing with the legal issues that arise from the earthquake a bit easier. If you were considering calling your lawyer to discuss any of the issues listed below, we would encourage you to first listen to the podcast. The podcast discussion may answer questions you have, or they may raise more questions. In any event, we hope you find them helpful.
Please contact us if there is any other issues that you would like us to do a podcast or article on, and we would be very happy to do so.
